if only one payment methode is possible (one per country/order amount) auto choose it.

this is one more step to the one page checkout.
onepage checkout is done very nice via ajax.

may you also invite the TUX team to improve usabillity.

Deleted cookies, browser cache, webcache, used a second browser.
disabled all payment plugins, only using bankstransfer(Standard)
Still asking for payment.
