Standard Shipping and Payment Problem in Checkout

Hi there, i´ve setup a Shop with VM 2.0.24 and J!2.5.14 in German and English. Site default language is German.

The question i´ve is, when the user has selected german then it shows on checkout the predefined shipping and payment method (pic1) correctly.

If english is choosen, additional default shippment is displayed (pic2)

how can this be avoided?

EDIT: Had to change default language back to english. then i could deactivate standard shipping and payment
