Product price (more than one)

Hello,
I have shop on VM 2.0.22d, but I update it to 2.0.24. Now when I want add second price for product, I can't. Dropdown with shopper group, currency, default rules or generic rules doesn't show up. But if I edit old product with 2 prices, I can open dropdown for each price.
Is there any possibility to fix it? Where can I enable debug mode for this?
