Hi All,

I am working on a new webshop. Everything works fine, except for one thing: Some products have various colors. I've used the virtuemart custom field 'Stockable Variants' to control the colours and manage their stock.

When viewing the detail page of a product that only has one colour (so does not need to use the custom field plugin) everything looks fine (screenshot 1). But when viewing the detail page of a product that has multiple colors and the Stockable Variants plugin activated the +/- buttons and the 'Add to cart' button lose their style and look awful (screenshot 2).

I thought it had something to do with the template style. But when I activate the default Joomla template the problem appears as well (at least for the +/- buttons). I'm running Virtuemart 2.0.22 on a Joomla 2.5.14 installation (PHP 5.3.23). I've tried to deactivate all non-core modules and plugins, but unfortunately no result. Any idea how this problem could be solved? I hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards.
Joost

Hi Jenkinhill,

Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. When is activate the option 'Use Virtuemart CSS' the add to cart button suddenly looks right (of course not in the template style), so it looks like a template problem after all. Do you have any idea where the custom stockable fields product class of the add-to-cart button is defined normally? I can't recover it because it's in javascript (when using the custom stockable field).

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards,
Joost

The fix is in the plugin php file. There is js code that runs and hides the original layout.
