Duplicating order

Hello

from first uses, I have noted some orders duplication.

When an user makes an order and f.e. choose online checkout ( paypal ) soon an order row is generated.

If for some reason user clicks back to the cart, trying to pay again another order row ( and probably a mail of orders) is generated again.

is there any fix about this?
