Virtuemart as catalogue with request

Hello everyone.

So here is the deal:
We want to use Virtuemart as a catalogue with possibility to add to notebook (cart), and after that - user can request info on it thorough cutted-down ordering (without payment options etc).

Basically here is want i want to know:
1) How to make ordering without payment. Basically - user should only put his name, company, email, and enter captha. After that request should go to our manager. Also - it should be without registration (i mean products that user added to notebook(cart) should be active during visit on site). Is it possible?
2) To change names - from Add to cart - to Add to notebook, and change Cart - to Notebook.
