making your guest checkout easier.

Many people have the guest checkout set up but it doesn't seem to work, in fact it does it just doesn't do it the way you think it should.
You reach the checkout as a guest, you cannot pick shipment or payment as a guest, BUT if you click "Check Out Now" it will take you to the option to checkout as a guest.
A bit backward you may think so here is a little way to get it to at least have the option to pick that screen. It involves language overrides, which means it will not effect any core files
First go to the checkout screen, just below cart you will see When you are already registered, please login directly here highlight an copy that text.
Next go into admin Extensions - Language Manager, click overrides, then click new. On the right there is a search box, ensure it is set to value. Paste the text you copied into the search and click search. the results will give COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_CONNECT_FORM, click that for it to auto add to the Language Constant. You will also see the text in there.
Now you need to find out the url of the guest checkout page, so go back to the cart and click check out now whihc gives the page you require, copy the url and return to the admin area.
After the When you are already registered, please login directly here add the following
<br />To checkout as a guest please click <a href="paste the url you just copied" > (remember to add the "")  HERE </a>to be taken to another screen

Save and close and you are done - you now have a visible link to the guest checkout page
You can change the wording as you please outside the < and >
