Control Panel do not displaY after VM Upgradation 1,1,9 to 2

Hi

I have upgraded vm 1.1.9 to 2.0.20b by following this tutorial

Every thing went perfectly
as per this tutorial but when i click on control panel nothing displays
My php version is 5,3,22 and joomla 1.5.22
earlier vm 1.1.9 was working perfectly with this but if i click on product on left side bar
and other option it is work fine
but again the problem is with ControL panel please help it is urgent
and on the front end i got 500 - Layout "0" not found.
if i assign menu virutemart front page..

but not really helps me.
I have also set the layout to default earlier it was NO override
and from tools options i did     
Renew VirtueMart configuration by file
but no change to my front end it still have the same error

yes it is not my live site but still very urgent
