Product display in category view

I have a problem with my Virtuemart page. This is the first time i work with Virtuemart. The link to my page is: http://kant-en-klare-logos.nl/logos . What i would like is that i can show 3 products in a row and that the all have the same size. Under the picture i would like to show the product details button centered under the product.

How can i accomplish this? Can anyone help me with my problem please?

You set the Default Number of Products per Row in VM configuration and for each individual category.
