Translating WEB TAB TITLE

Hello,

I believe this one should be quite easy, how to translate web tab of VM Checkout, in this case it shows "Shopping cart", I want to translate it, where can I find the place to do it? Configuration in menu options (Page title) doesn't override it.
Also one small question, how to edit spaces between product category page nav, they are all stuck together? I've tried spacing, margins for "A" and "SPAN", but then all stuff gets stretched out what bugs my site. How could I fix this?  http://twogentlemen.co.uk/index.php/selections/bedroom
