Delete Orders from the database

Hi,

I got a few dummy orders that didn't go thru when I was configuring virtuemart 2 to my site. I deleted two shipping methods i guess thats why i cant delete those dummy orders. Anyway, I guess i'll have to remove them the manual way. Problem is that i don't know where to go to access the virtuemart databases. The path given on the developer manual doesn't seem right to me.

Does anyone mind explaining to me step by step how i go about manually deleting the records from the database tables.

PS. This is my first time that i've built a site and have recently got virtuemart to work.  I just want to clean up the mess i made during the early stages of developing my website
