Pricing for shopper groups don't change

Hello everyone,

I've been searching everywhere to find the right solution to this, but couldn't find anything..

What I want is to show prices including vat/tax. For some reason the only price showing up is the base price.
If I go to shopper groups / enable shopper group specific price display and select ANY other option then base price, the price disappears. This is both for default / anonymous shopper group.
It's the same when I change it in Configuration / Configuration / Prices.

I have tried everything but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here..

Second thing that's weird to me:

I have set my vat tax to 6% (+%), if I want to sell a product for lets say E 1.70 (filled in the "Final Price") and hit save, it changes the final price to 1.69999962, and the cost price to 1.60377.  Why does it change the price? Why can't it just be 1.70?
