Display a message when manufacturer has no products?

Hi, Not sure if anyone else has similar problem.
What I want is: when a visitor on a category page, then they select a manufacturer name, if the manufacturer doesn't have products for this category, it will show a message like this:"Sorry, Gucci doesn't have Bathware products."
This is my page, currently it shows nothing, I took a look at manufacturer module and category module, found no where to put code: http://hytechtest.test.hornetmarketing.com.au/clothing/manufacturer/blundstone-boots
