Good afternoon

I thank you for taking the time to read my doubts, but I wanted to translate these tabs to Portuguese and I'm not getting someone help me clarify this doubt.

I enclose a picture to try to help clarify.

Since already thank you very much and want to see if the site is situated in this http://www.ecoarium.pt/store/index.php/shop/store-frontpage/co2-glassware

What you need to do depends on what you currently have. Which versions of Joomla and VirtueMart are you using? Also, please have a look at your database tables with phpMyAdmin. Some of the VirtueMart tables have a language tag at the end. Do you see tablenames like i.e. xxxxx_virtuemart_categories_pt_pt or xxxxx_virtuemart_products_pt_pt. (pt_pt = Portuguese) or do you have en_gb (English) language tags at the end?

Also, will your site be Portuguese only or are you going to make your shop multilingual?

Since already thank you very much for your quick response.

The site will be unique in the Portuguese language and version of joomla is 2.5.9 and the virtuemark is 2.0.20b.
Regarding tablenames exist in two versions both en_gb as pt_PT

I await feedback

I forgot to ask another question. If you look into your VirtueMart database tables again - are your product descriptions stored in the xxxxx_virtuemart_products_pt_pt table or in the xxxxx_virtuemart_products_en_gb table?

Hello Good Morning
The categories are stored in pt_PT, the manufacturers in pt_PT, the payment methods in pt_PT, shipping Methods in pt_PT, and the products also in pt_PT. However I have the examples in en_GB.

I hope I have clarified your doubts

greetings

1. Make shure that in your Joomla language settings, the site (frontend) default language is set to Portuguese.
2. Then install the portuguese language pack for VirtueMart attached below, using the Joomla installer.
3. Go to Joomla Module Manager and change the Title of your 'Categories' menu module to the portuguese word for 'Categories'. You can (but you don't have to) create a copy of this menu module and publish the copy instead of the original).
4. Make shure you have a menu item in Portuguese for each VirtueMart category in this menu. Also you should create an additional menu with menu links which the customer can use i.e. to view his order history or look at his customer account.
