Display the product price adding the extra-custom_fields choice

Hello, i want to create a script in virtuemart, in product details.

The original template show the price from product...i want to add a div with the total price when the user choose something extra from the down select menu.
For example...when load the page from the product_details page we can see "Price : 62euro", when choose something from the custome field menu, i want to change the price with custom field choice...."Price: 62euro + custom_field 10 euro = Total: 72 euro"

How can create this script??
