I want to add a custom field to my category page but I just don't know where to put the code.. Or even what my custom field name is (it's named "saus" in the backend, but is this also the php name?)

I have not put custom fields in the category before.

Custom fields that are NOT cart variants in category , are not standard virtuemart

The code iin the link above is a hack.

What is the custom field?

It is a cart variant.. But the reason I'm asking someone to implement the code is because I already changed the layout to the viewed as a list..
