My PDF invoice looks terrible

Hey forum,

my PDF invoice is looking terrible when i open it from the backend. I have edited the email template with overwrites in the templatename/html/com_virtuemart/invoices folder. I thought that might be the reason the PDF looked terrible, but i deleted all the overwrites, but nothing in the PDF invoice had changed.
The invoice.php and invoice_order.php files look fine, and is setup in a table where td has align="left", so everything should be aligned. But the PDF invoice looks like this: http://ajytzler.dk/pics/invoice_pdf.png
It also has letter-spacing which i dont know where come from. And i would like to add some borders between the different sections.
