Virtuemart --> and redirects

Hi,

I did some configuring on paymentmethods, they are working fine now but one thing does not, in the backend system from my payment provider i can give
some redirects for when a tranaction, went ok, went in an exception, or declined or canceled, however by any error the returning page
of my website is always the same, and i think i came from here   order_done.php in /components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl

my payment provider teels me that url sending by virtuemart is overuling the redirects i put in their backend system ( i doubt that)

but how can i make is happen that the redirects i've put in will be used ?
