Confirmation Email Header Image

The confirmation email sends out a PDF document with an image header. I have not been able to successfully fit the image into that header.  I have changed the image several times with no results. Is there another area to change the logo size on the confirmation email header (PDF)?

I am running VM 2.0.2 and Joomla 1.7

Before going any further, J1.7 is no longer supported and has known critical security issues, as does VM2.0.2  (All versions below 2.0.10 are considered as unsecure.)

Current versions are J2.5.8 and VM2.0.18a

Updating may resolve your image issue. Run all updates on a backup copy of the site.
