Trouble with instalation VM2 2.0.16 AIO

Hello, when i try to instal normal pack everything goes without problam, but im trying to instal AIO pack and im getting following error:

Any ideas how i can solve this ?

With 2.0.18 AIO im getting:

very strange, which installation type do you use?

Ok problem is solved, i was install files on wrong sentence, now is everything fine, but after installation AIO i still don't have payment and shipping methods :/
