Demo site, using a commercial template?

Hi all, just wondering.. why is the demo site using a commercial template? I downloaded VM expecting it to look like the demo, and it doesn't.. And there is no mention anywhere that this is a paid template (40 euros). Is this correct? Or have I missed something? Thanks, Olly.

Just like with the old demo of VM1.1 a commercial template is used, but the style/layout is not difficult to duplicate for a reasonably experienced developer. The link at the bottom of the pages informs you where to get the template if you wish:  Virtuemart Themes and Templates by www.Developing-and-Design.com

The problem with demos is that it needs a developer to set it up, maintain it and keep it up to date with VM releases. Eugen of Developing-and-Design.com was the only person to offer to take the task on. But maybe the project leader should add a comment about this in the link to the demo.
