Products per row in Top Ten and Featured blocks [SOLVED]

I have a big issue with the products being shown in the "top ten" and "featured" blocks on the vm homepage, in that matter what I change in the VM configuration I cannot get anymore than three products on one line. If I ask it to show five, then I end up with three on one line, then two on another line. I'm using Joomla 2.5.7 - VM 2.0.14.  This is the same issue whether i change the default template away from the gavern Bike Shop template.
