Asks to Log in/Register even though disabled it

Hi,

I have basically set up my VM2, but for some reason at checkout it still asks for customers to be registered to buy.
I have unticked the options in Checkout.

So i add a item, click on checkout and it automatically goes to the page to log in or register.

Any ideas please?
