SOLVED Some Postal codes not working in VM2

Hello,

I use joomla 2.5.7 and virtuemart 2.0.12e but older version 2.x.x have the same problem.

The shipment method VM - Shipment, By weight, ZIP and countries is not accepting postal codes with letters and numbers like UK postal codes (example UK postalcode W4 9KL)

This leads to the error message : "Please select a shipment method We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order."

..but when you use a postalcode like 12000AA is works.

Is this a bug or do i miss something here

YES ....SOLVED please leave your ZIP range start en and ZIP range in configuration  EMPTY so it accepts all Zipcode formats  ...hehe  i had it filled in from 000000 to 999999
