Shipment for Virtual Products extension

Dear, jenkinhill. I can't create topic in necessary section of the forum "3rd party extension".
and why you create topic with my question and close it? it's nonsense.

Question is still opened:

I have a site on VM 1.x with over 2300 downloadable items (virtual goods) that I an upgrading to VM 2.0. Under media files the downloadable PDF files do not appear and there is no possibility to sell them ( download by users after payment).

Will "Shipment for Virtual Products" allow migrate them from VM 1.x to VM 2.x? Also, to add new products, will I have to enter images the old way through VirtueMart add products and then use your PDFs or will your product add both together and make it appear the same along with the old entries?

Support at http://extensions.virtuemart.net/support-updates still is silent as a partisan. on the ticket, too, there is no response. terrible technical support of the product.

I hope someone from the users used this product and can share the experience

You cannot start a thread in the 3rd party section because you are not a third party developer. Only they can start a thread.

Virtual products should be located in the safe download directory in VirtueMart 2, not in Media.  See Safe Path  under VM2 Configuration/Templates/Media Files Settings . You have to manually transfer them (ftp).  You can use CSVimproved if necessary to update the product database.

The plugins are for being able to sell the downloadable products. Note that the developers have been away for the last week at the VirtueMart developer certification course in Madrid, so may not have been able to reply to questions.
