VM2 User profile and PayZen

VM: 2.0.14

Bug: I've delete payzen payment plugin throw com_installer and virtuemart2 profile page stop working. I get white page (coz display_errors turned off)
Reason: plugins/vmpayment/payzen has been deleted phisically and profile page couldnt get some functions
