Show Line Items in PayPal Transfer

This subject has been asked, but largely ignored for several months.

When VM 2.0.10 sends the order to PayPal, the only thing in the transfer is the order number and the date.
We really need the line items with SKU and price, shipping, tax, etc. to show because customers get confused about the validity of the order and then abandon the sale.

Which plug-in processes the transfer to PayPal information?
In VM 1.1.9 we were able to configure a number of parameters on the information submitted to PayPal, such as the return page on success, return page on failure, etc.  Where can we configure these items in VM 2?
