Hello,

I have a problem with my cart!
When adding a product, select the type of freight and add your payment method, everything works correctly, but if I remove all products from the cart, shipping fees and payment method selected remain in the cart.

Does anyone have idéio how can I fix it?

Version: VM 2.0.8E

Sorry for my english.

Hi there rogeriocc,

That is how it is supposed to work.

You added a product - then put in your address and then it did a calculation.

You removed the product- then the calculation will just sit there until you close the site or until

you add different or more products it will do another calculation.

Try and do what explained and then add another product - or three and it will just do another calculation.

Hello, I'm back after a long time and some problems here.

Thanks for the help, I got to work, but I have another problem, I'll explain.

When I add a product to cart and select the shipping way, it only calculates the subtotal correctly after refresh (F5) the browser screen. This problem occurs when I add new product or change the quantity.
Only updates the value of the shipment and the total after giving a refresh on the browser.

Any idea how to fix it?

thank you

sorry for my english.

Hello,

I think may be is javascript issue. You could use firebug to examine if there are any javascript conflict. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102850.0

Also please test it without template overrides, use the default joomla (breez) and vm default template and test is the issue persists.

Try to access the domain but is locked, if you could open the fe to test it.

Regards.

Hi,

Just checked but i didn't find any issues or conflicts with javascript or anything else.

There is a possibility that when calculates the shipment + tax the prices are not rounded well. The first time gives a price 34,44 for shipment and after refresh gives me 34,78 ... may be is price round issue but not sure or shipment tax.

Is a custom shipment plugin that you are using?

Update: If you change the quantity and refresh then the shipment does not change until next refresh ... may be is an issue with the shipment plugin does not parse right the price. If that is a custom plugin ask the vendor...

Hello,

I don't know actually ... you could test with standard shipment plugin and if there is no issues then ask your plugin manufacturer to fix it for you...
