Easy way to introduce a shipping tax for all countries of Europe or other cont.

Hello,

Our shipping taxes are dependant of the continent. It's very hard to select all countries of Europe for every shipping method (depending of the weight). Anybody has a good idea to easier that ?

At the moment, it is the only way.

We will add a clone button, and also implement zones like in VM1.

Also it will be great if the next version will have group of countries ex. Europe, America, Asia etc
