Credit Card not Showing in Payment method

I have this problem . Credit card option is not showing in Payment method when someone try to buy something.
I enable the payment but still i can't see it . Tha strange thing is i can see it for one user i create

So what can be the problem ?

Just delete the credit card account and add it again and is work
