No Download links on confirmation emails

Hi

I'm running VM 2.0.6 on a Joomla 2.5.6 environment with the iStraxx downloadable product plugin st42_download1.0.6.  I have only the Paypal plugin/payment method active, and configured the safe path, media files and product custom fields as instructed in the downloadable product plugin manual.

My problem is that whilst I can run through the paypal checkout process OK (backend updated to show "confirmed" status and order confirmation email sent), the order confirmation does not contain a download link for the purchased file.

I have tried:

1) Upgrading the config.php file to the VM2.0.8 version; and,
2) Upgrading to VM2.0.10 and plgvm_istraxx_download_vm2.0.8_1.5 on a test environment (also running Joomla 2.5.6).

However, the problem persists.

Any ideas on a solution?
