Confirmation mails and invoices not working

Hi all,

i've a problem with a complete new installed environment.
Before using old joomla and old virtuemart.
With this new setup i've a problem with mailmessages and orderconfirmation.

Biggest problem is mails to customer which are not received.
I think they're even not send at all, because spamfilter also doesn't show mails.

Maybe it has something to do with pdf-invoice creation.
When I try to make an invoice, i get error:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /htdocs/matroosje2/images/stories/virtuemart/vendor/resized/matroosje_logo_vierkant_130x130.jpg
When I remove the image at the vendor-settings, the invoice is created, but mail is still not sended.

I've tried so many things I don't know what to do now.
Also send-to-friends mails are also not received by recipient.

using:
* Joomla 2.5.7
* Virtuemart 2.0.12b
* PHP 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.18
* Mailconfig phpmail


Hope someone can help me and give me suggestions.
Our shop has to be open already :-(

When I remove the image at the vendor-settings, the invoice is created, but mail is still not sended.

Mailproblem solved. Problem in mailsettings. Now changed to smtp and the right settings.

Creating a manual invoice still a problem!
