Blank page on new product addition

Hello everyone,
This is pretty weird... Whenever an admin tries to add a new product image from VM admin, a blank page follows.. Also the category layout in the frontpage also shows a blank page... When that particular product is removed/unpublished, the frontpage will work fine.. This happens while adding new product images... Others seems to work fine
Please please guide me how to solve this..
I am using Joomla 2.5.6 and Latest VM version.
