how to set different minimum spend for free shipping by country

Hi, I would like to set a different minimum spend to qualify for free shipping depending on what country we are delvering to.  I can only find a way of setting it for all orders.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Hi,
I can't find where in the shipment method you can specify shipping fees depending of the command amount. It's all about weight, not amount... Or did I miss something ?
