From VM 2.0.0 to VM 2.0.4

I tried to update from VM2.0.0 to VM2.0.4 and all my images where gone from the site and data from the tables where gone.  So I reverted the process to get in back the way is was.  Now I am installing a payment plugin that requiers at least VM 2.0.4 so I am in need of some assistance of migrating from VM2.0.0 to VM2.0.4 without it messing up the site?

I am running on Joomla 1.5.25 on a PHP 5.3.5 / Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) / MySql 5.1.54-log ... if that helps anyone...

If you had updated to the current version (now 2.0.8d) you probably would not have had the image problem. What happens is that the images become unpublished due to a bug in those earlier versions, so republish them one by one or directly in the db.

BTW J1.5.25 has a critical security issue so I'd suggest updating to 1.5.26 for the moment.
