Fixed values for City/State/Zip in Shipping address?

Hello- I am working on a grocery delivery website for a company that only delivers to a certain city. Is there a way to set the city, state and zip to a fixed value? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

But if you only deliver to a certain country state and zip etc - then in the shipping configuartion - set only this shipping method - limit it to just this zip code.
Then on the front - tell your customer - in the heading that this is a "home grocery delivery area" and we only deliver to this area code-

Thus when it is fixed and the in configuration set to automatically choose >> then noone out side of this area code can type in an address. Or even pay -

* You will always have just this zip code.  Later if you get bigger add another shipping area and then just add their zip code.

* A hack would limit you to undo the hack where this would simply be a quick fix.

I make this module-hack: Phurchase cetain (specified) Cities! (...with dropdown filed on user registration page!) With this module you can add specify certain cities to VirtueMart (like countries and state). Your users can choose from drop down list the cities. You can add new cities, from state to state in the Administration interface. (This package not included the ZIP codes, that must enter the users manually!) I tested it, and it is 100% working with Joomla 1.1.9!
