Problem with plugin "Quantity related price calculation"

I have Joomla 2.5.4 and VM 2.0.6.
I bought the plugin "Quantity related price calculation" and I have configured a new rule with these values for quantity​​:
1 to 6: base price
from 7 to 12: -2%
13 to 24_ -4%.
I applied the rule to the products and it works but it always works!
That is: I do not want discounts ever, but only on a category or just a group of customers.
So the rule should be applied only to the category or group of configuration is that I inserted in the rules.
Of course in rule configuration I added a category or a group.
Instead, the rule is always applied of all categories and all customer groups.
It is a bug? If not a bug, how can I use the plugin on a single category or a single group?

I am also wanting this to work on a specific discount on a specific shopper group in the area of price modifier before profit margin. 

I need to have this different for several different shopper groups since i need to leave only one discount for the discount after tax area since this will need to be displayed as a separate price on the product page.. as above only the site price option works
