serious error while saving my info's during the order proces

hi there

when i enter my customer info fields during the order proces i get some serious errors....

Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /home/users/galasftp/galaspeshitpillt.nl/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/userfields.php on line 777

the small VM interface screen additionally gives this info (see image)

some help would be great...

did some more digging/debugging. and as soon as a new customer field is added (f.e. title, dropdown / radio button), i get these errors on the frontpage.

bugs?
