same size box for product view

Some products have names that force two rows and as such the add to cart buttons look out of whack and make the cart look cheap. Is there a way to force the products to all line up and be equal in size based on the tallest box? The way I know how to do this each div needs a class so they can be placed relative with a percent applied depending on where the div is in the row. Currently there is no way to do that since there is only the most basic div structure setup. I don't know where to find this file to build it with proper html to make this work right. Can anyone point me to the right file to edit this?
