Shipping cancel/save button redirecting to Shopping Cart.

Hey there, I tried searching for an answer to this as I'm probably overlooking something but I couldn't find anything.

I'm running:
- J 2.5.4
- VM 2.0.6

When I'm in the Account Maintenance page using a shopper account that has previously completed an order, if I go into the 'Add/Edit shipment address' page and click the cancel or save button it redirects me to the Shopping Cart regardless of if it has products in it or not.

I've tried removing my template(including template/html folder) and I've tried clearing my browser and Joomla's cache but it persists to happen.

Any help would be appreciated!
