How to Get Shipment Plugin To Send Email to Carrier

Hi all,

I currently use Shipping By State Vm Plugin which is pretty awesome. Now, in order to make my order process simpler, I would like to have a way to send emails automatically to flag shipper for pickup as soon as items are ready. In this email, I would need for the package recipient's shipment and basic order information to be sent to the shipper. Is there a way I can edit my plugin to get this done or get a new plugin done to allow for this.

IMHO not the shipping plugin - it just gets shipping rates - has nothing to do with order confirmation

Either alter your payment plugin (which does have a confirmation trigger) or better make a plugin that triggers on the order confirmation
