cart errors

I am in the midst of migrating my joomla1.5/virtuemart1.1 shop to Joomla2.5/VM2 and I'm having problems with the cart.  If I click "view cart" in the popup screen after adding a product to the cart it will take me to the cart, but gives me this error if I try to continue from there:

greenjellowithcarrots.com/shop/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=cart (port 443)

Also, the paypal payment method I set up doesn't seem to be functioning.

AND if I try to click show cart in my sidebar module I never make it to the cart and it just gives me the same error.

I'm kind of a learn as you go type of person, so I don't know if I'm missing something blatantly obvious, or if I have really messed things up somewhere.  Here's a link to the migrated site (in progress): http://greenjellowithcarrots.com/shop

I can get to parts of your shop if you delete the "s" from you https:// .....

Just wondering if your sites security ceriificate is correctly set up. ask your domian supplier to check the certificate and see if that is an issue.
I can fill in my address and most parts when I just delete the security s.

check that first -

This may be a joomla issue too not directly VM - have a look in the forums in Joomla for the same issue. of type into google. the joomla and 443 issue.
