How to add a refundable deposit to a product?

Hi,

for example, I would like to make a product of € 1,-. This product when rented has a refundable deposit of € 2,- How can I add this to a product?

This deposit also needs to be displayed seperately and not added up to the price. The total price of all products can be added up.

Hope someone can help me out with the golden tip!
