Email Confirmation File mail_html_pricelist.php Missing

Want to edit the confirmation emails, and I've read several posts referring to this file:  components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl/mail_html_pricelist.php - this file does not exist in my install.   Just installed VM 2.2 yesterday, running under Joomla 1.5.25...  I've been able to use template overrides for everything else, but cannot find this email file... any clues anyone???

I see a post from early today showing a different location for the email files - I look and they are in fact there.  so I don't know how someone can say "I edited the file in..... " the location I list above, when they are not there.  Unless they are there in one VM version, but in THIS location in another version of VM....   FRUSTRATING...  There are ALL kinds of email files to edit here:  com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl  - THANK YOU SilencerNL!!!!!!!!
