Virtuemart 2.0 error

I have installed Joomla 1.7.5
If you try to load a page out error:

YOU should call your host, tell them that error AND also make sure you have not gotten hacked.

I have seen this error happen when a local computer got a virus, and uploaded scripts after stealing the FTP passwords.

THE code was uploaded to

template/index.php
and administrator/template/index.php
AND: it uploaded a counter.php in root.
