Need Vendor - description to display an HTML page instead of the database field

Here is my problem: I'm using VENDOR - DESCRIPTION as the landing page of my shopping cart. On this page, there will be a comparative of my products, many tables and some CSS. To get an idea, look at my new cart (http://www.cglmicro.ca/index.php/produits/boutique-en-ligne.html) and it will be where you see my GOLD RESELLER. I was doing it with my old Ixxo cart (old site: http://cglmicro.ca/ancien/index.php/produits/logiciels/avast-antivirus.html).

By using VENDOR - DESCRIPTION to fill the top of my page, it show my HTML content plus the VM products of my cart just under. The database descrption field is too small so I can't include enough content.

Is there a way (and is it safe) to transform the DESCRIPTION field in BLOB format? Wich field should I modify?
If not possible, can I include an external HTML file to print on the page?
