rounding digits problem in cart view

If i choose 0 rounding digits for prices in the vmconfig, in the frontend cart view (if i put something in the cart) there are 2 digits of rounding in all the prices.

I'm using VM2.0.0 and I have the same problem.  I need some products to round the price out to 3 digits when it applies the calculation rules, but it only uses 2 digits, regardless of how many digits I put in the admin config in Rounding Digits column.  The problem shows up everywhere and not just in the cart.
