assign guestst to a Customer group?

I have 2 customer groups (Group A and Group B). I have assigned products to these groups.

When you'r not signed in (guests) they must se the  products out group A.

When customers assigned to group B logs in, they she the products in that group.

The problem: Guests wil also se the products out Group B...  while the product is set to be visible for customers in Group B. How can i make Group B only visable after log in?

I have set Group A to default in the Customer Group




I have correctly assigend the products to customer groups.  I think the guests are not asaigned to a group???

Which version you are using? Vm2 maps guests automatically to the "anonymous" shoppergroup, so.

Thats the problem, guests are not mapped to anonymous.. is there a way to check this in the code?

I olse have installed a new instalation of joomla and vm2 on a other webserver, and the problem remains.. The only change i made is installing the Dutch Languages for store and backend. Tomorrow i wil try without de languages packige.

Do you use the 2.0.1.c? I think it is time for it.

i just installed a fresh joomla 1.7.5 with VM 2.0.1.c and the problem stays.. guests see products from ShopperGroups...

This is how i tested it: I set the SHOVEL and HAMMER to GOLD LEVEL Shoppergroup,

No, you did everything right. It was just a missing (array). So it worked with multiple shoppergroups, but not with one. Expect next hours 2.0.1.d
