Paypal Shipping address

I'm using the PayPal plugin with VM2. In the shopping cart there is a "Ship to" area with the following under that "Only in case shipment address is different from billing address". I did not click that since my shipping address is the same as billing.

I understand the PayPal plugin is supposed to pass the Shipping address to PayPal. But when I get to PayPal, the address is not filled in. Any ideas on what needs to be done to have that automatically filled in? I hate to have my shoppers have to provide their address in yet another form.

When i test via the sandbox, i don't have that form on paypal. But i am like you, i will hate to have to fill it once more.
I will see how can i test that, and fix it.
