Integration with Paypal Business account

Hi all,

I just upgraded my Paypal account to a business account.
Reason for doing this is for me to accept credit cards worldwide through my site.

As a checkout option I only have Paypal.
Is there anything else I should know or do before being able to accept major credit cards as a form of payment?
